ONE OK ROCK is a Jrock band consisting of five members: TAKA (formerly of NEWS) on vocals, Toru (formerly of HEADS) on vocals and guitar, Ryota (also formerly of HEADS) on bass, Alex on guitar, and Tomoya on drums. This relatively new band’s first release was the mini album OK ONE ROCK which was released July 26, 2006. ONE OK ROCK was followed by the mini album Keep it real.

Then, on April 25, 2007, the band celebrated its transition from an indies band to a major one when they released their single Naihi Shinsho under their current label AMUSE.

On November 21, 2007 the band released its first full length album, Zeitakubyou.
